How to make plain Banana Nice Cream
Use ripe bananas (the ones with plenty of brown spots). Peel and cut your bananas into sections. Place in a ziploc bag and freeze.
Once the bananas are frozen, place in a Vitamix or food processor until it has a smooth consistency- like soft serve ice cream. If your blender is having problems processing the frozen bananas you can add a little (up to 1/4 cup) nut milk.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream
Take 1 cup of Banana Nice Cream. Add to food processor or Vitamix with 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon Cacao powder and 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Blend until combined. Freeze for another 30-60 minutes. Add cacao chips on top.
Strawberry Banana Nice Cream
Take 1 cup of Banana Nice Cream. Add to food processor or Vitamix with 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup frozen strawberries. Blend until combined. Freeze for another 30-60 minutes.
Pina Colada Nice Cream
Take 1 cup of Banana Nice Cream. Add to food processor or Vitamix with 1/2 canned coconut milk, 1/2 cup frozen pineapple. Blend until combined. Freeze for another 30-60 minutes. Add a pineapple slice and coconut flakes on top.
All the ice-cream looks so good and easy! Thank you for sharing the recipe!
