When most people hear “vegan dessert” they think of something sad and flavorless. These Vegan Almond Yogurt and Strawberry Popsicles are anything but!!! I’ve been serving them to guest and not telling them that they’re vegan until after they tell me how delicious they are ? They are under 100 calories and they make use of strawberry season.
I made these using my trusty Popsicle molds that I bought off Amazon. I’m getting way more use out of these things than I ever thought I would! Fact: everything tastes better in popsicle form. Give these a try- you won’t regret it!!!
Almond milk yogurt (2, 5.3 oz containers)
Fresh strawberries (cut in small slices)
Start by placing a few strawberries in each mold.
Spoon in some almond yogurt.
Add some more strawberry slices and top off with more almond milk.
Add a thin layer of granola to the top of each mold. Press in the sticks and freeze. Run under warm water to release the popsicle from the mold. If you want more granola (like I did for the pics), spread honey on the bottom and sprinkle it on.
