This scarf pattern is as easy as it gets! This is the ideal project for beginner knitters or anyone looking for a simple project. This scarf is knit entirely in Garter stitch. Generally, I’m not the biggest fan of Garter stitch (I think they’re are so many more attractive knitting stitches), but it looks so pretty when done in this plush, velvet yarn! Also, these rich colors are perfect for autumn.

Easiest Garter Stitch Scarf Knitting Pattern

Yarn: Yuyoye Velvet Yarn in caramel and in ginger (1 skein each)
Needles: Size US 7 single point knitting needles
Gauge: not important for this project
Pattern instructions:
Using the caramel color, cast on 30 stitches. Work in Garter Stitch (knit every side) until the piece measures approximately 32 inches. Switch to the ginger yarn on a right side row. Knit for an additional 32 inches. Bind off and weave in ends.
