Easy 5 Minute Printed Candles
Easy 5 Minute Printed Candles- a fast & easy project that’s perfect for the holidays!
I love making holiday-themed DIY projects, but let’s face it…most of us are short on time! Luckily, these printed candles are not only easy to make, they only take 5 minutes!
These printed candles are created by warming the candle with a hairdryer and then pressing on tissue paper. It’s a fun technique that anyone can do. The tissue paper is so thin that it blends seamlessly into the candle. When you are finished, it looks like the image has been printed directly on to the candle!
As soon as I saw this tissue paper on Amazon and I knew I had to use it for a holiday DIY project. This print is such a chic and modern take on Christmas decor.

Supplies needed:
Pillar candles
Hairdryer
Ruler
Scissors
1. Measure the length of your candle. Mark off this measurement on the tissue paper. Place the candle down on the tissue paper and roll it around to determine the width. Make a mark and cut the rectangle out. 2. Warm a section of the candle (from top to bottom) using the hairdryer (hold it a few inches away from the candle). The candles will appear shiny when the wax starts to melt. Tip- you want the wax to be tacky, not dripping or running. Once the wax is tacky, press down the edge of the tissue paper. Continue working your way around the candle, melting the wax and pressing down the tissue paper. Easy 5 Minute Printed Candles
