3 Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies Vegan and Gluten-free
These cookies are vegan, gluten-free and they have no flour or added sugar!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas in a bowl using a wood spoon. Then, give the oats a quick spin a food processor for a few seconds. The goal is to roughly chop the oats up, not to turn them into a powder. Transfer the oats to the bowl with the banana and pour in the chips.
Mix the ingredients together.
Scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough and form it into a cookie shape. Bake the cookies for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
