Vegan Banana Pops
Vegan Banana Pops – the perfect warm-weather treat!
Is it too early to start up with the warm weather treats? I hope not! These Vegan Banana Pops are definitely going to be one of my summer staples! They’re refreshing, delicious and less indulgent than an ice cream bar. They’re also simple and fun to make. Just cut the bananas in half. Skewer with popsicle sticks (I bought these food-safe ones from Amazon) and coat with melted vegan chocolate chips (I used both dark and white chocolate). With the pops are still wet from the from chocolate, roll in sprinkles or nuts.
The chocolate hardens fast when it comes in contact with the frozen banana, so it’s best to work fast. I like to lay the sprinkles out on a small plate so they’re ready when I want to roll the banana pop.
These pops can be stored in a freezer-safe container.
