Jus Rol puff pastry
Nocciolata Hazelnut spread with cocoa
Maple syrup for brushing
Optional- powder sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Preheat your oven according to the puff pastry package instructions. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Spread an even layer of vegan hazelnut spread over 1/2 the sheet of pastry.

Fold over the other half and gently press to seal.

Use a gingerbread man cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
Transfer to a lined baking sheet and brush lightly with maple syrup.
Bake (according to the directions on the puff pastry) until puffed and golden brown.
Cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
