Pear Witch Project
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pear juice
1/2 cup soda water
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
Tiny drop-off yellow food coloring
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice cubes. In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons mint and 3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves with the pear juice and smash with a muddler. Strain the pear juice and pour it into the glass. Top with soda water and stir.
Lost Boys-enberry Smash
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Boysenberry juice (If you can’t find Boysenberry, you can substitute blackberry or raspberry)
1/2 cup soda water
1 tbsp agave
1 tsp lime juice
Instructions:
Fill the glass with ice. Add the juice, lime juice and agave and stir. Top with soda water and stir again.
Silence of the Limes
Ingredients:
1 cup soda water
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp agave
Instructions:
Fill the glass with ice cubes. Add the lime juice, lemon juice and agave and stir. Top with soda water and stir again.
