Easy and Amazing Vegan Avocado Brownies- the most delicious chewy and gooey vegan brownies. No flour or oil and they prep in under 10 minutes!

These brownies are flour-free (gluten-free), dairy-free and oil-free. This foolproof recipe can be prepared in less than 10 minutes.

Easy and Amazing Vegan Avocado Brownies
Ingredients needed:
2/3 cup ripe avocado (mashed)
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter (you can also substitute almond butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoon baking power
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini vegan dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a brownie pan.
Add all of the ingredients (except the chocolate chips and the walnuts) to a food processor (or a high-powered blender). Process until smooth. You may have to scrape down the sides a few times as you’re processing.
Stir the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts into the batter.
Pour the brownie mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out. (Optional- add a sprinkle of chocolate chips to the top)
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the brownies cool thoroughly in the pan and then slice and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a brownie pan.
- Add all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips and walnuts) to a food processor. Process until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts
- Scoop the batter into the pan. Cook for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let throughly cool before slicing.
