2 Ingredient Sorbet- No Ice Cream Maker Needed!
There's a record heatwave hitting this weekend which makes it the perfect time to share this 2 Ingredient Sorbet recipe. This is a guilt-free dessert that's delicious and refreshing! The recipe can be customized using any fruit or combination of fruits. Mango ended up being my favorite!
This sorbet is easy to make and no ice cream maker is necessary. Just blend the fruit, firm it up in the freezer and serve.
I recommend making this sorbet in small batches because it's best enjoyed fresh. If you'd like to freeze it for later, let it thaw for 15 minutes before serving.
Add 1 ½ cups of frozen fruit (I made 3 different flavors- raspberry, blackberry, and mango) and 1-2 tablespoons of honey or agave (if you're Vegan). Blend together in a food processor or high powered blender.
Make sure it's blended thoroughly.
Pour into a small cake pan and freeze for approximately 2 hours. You want the sorbet to be firm enough to scoop and hold its shape without being frozen solid.
