Supplies needed for DIY Finger Paints
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup corn starch
2 cups water
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low/medium heat for a few minutes until mixture thickens.
Pour into containers and add a few drops of food coloring and stir.
This DIY Finger Paint is edible, which is perfect for kids who like to “taste” everything!
Finally, set up an easel and let your little one get busy! Indigo loved the sensory experience of dunking his hands into the finger paint. The paint has a cool, jelly-like texture that’s fun to touch.
