Wizard’s Brew Science Experiment- Winter Boredom Buster for Kids
Wizard’s Brew Science Experiment- a bubbling, foaming potion that kids will love!
Winter days with a 3-year-old can be tough. Indigo is always looking to be entertained but it’s too cold to be outdoors for any length of time. Thank goodness for crafts & science experiments! This Wizard’s Brew Science Experiment has kept Indigo occupied on several occasions! It’s easy and inexpensive to make and you probably already have all the ingredients in your pantry.
I posted a video below which shows how to make it and how fun it is to watch- pics don’t do this project justice!
Ingredients for the Wizard’s Brew Science Experiment
Mason jar
Plastic storage container (I put a baking sheet under mine to catch any brew that fell off the hands)
Vinegar
Food coloring
Glitter (optional)
Liquid dish soap
Baking soda
Once the baking soda comes in contact with the vinegar and dish soap it starts foaming over the top of the glass and oozing everywhere. The more vigorous you stir, the more it bubbles!
