I've been on a total health kick since early Spring and I've never felt better! I cut out daily, anything high in sugar and (almost all) processed foods. Eating a plant based diet has given me more energy and I sleep so soundly!
Popsicles are one of my favorite summer desserts. The ones in the grocery store had either added sugar or artificial flavors (or both) so I purchased these Popsicle molds to make my own.
