I'm throwing a casual, backyard party this weekend and I wanted some fun decorations. I didn't want to go the traditional route with balloons and streamers so I decided to make these tissue paper flowers. They're inexpensive and easy to create and they make my party space look so cheerful!
Supplies:
Tissue paper
Pipe cleaners
Scissors

[Cinch in the middle with the pipe cleaner and twist to close] |

[Cut the ends of the paper off on both sides in a wave shape] |

[Pull the first layer of tissue up and towards the center. Do this carefully so you don't rip the paper] |

[Repeat with the other side. Work until all the layers have been fluffed up] |
