In a small bowl, add the pumpkin purée, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, onion, and garlic powder. Stir together until all the ingredients are combined.
In a second small bowl, add the drained and rinsed chickpeas, olive oil, and smoked paprika. Mix together until all the chickpeas are seasoned.
Roll out the prepared pizza dough and spread the pumpkin puree on top. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on the pizza.
Add the seasoned chickpeas, sliced red onion, and sprinkle with vegan Parmesan cheese.
Cook the pizza on a stone or a lined baking sheet at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 16-18 minutes or until the crust edges are slightly browned. Sprinkle with chopped fresh basil and serve.
