Ingredients
  

For the bread

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp 1/2 cup vegetable oil1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the cinnamon swirl

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

For the Streusel topping

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8 inch loaf pan with parchment paper. 
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt. Whisk to combine. 
  • Add the almond milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and pure vanilla extract and stir until combined. Set aside. 
  • For the cinnamon swirl:In a small bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar and softened vegan butter.
  • For the Streusel topping:In a small bowl, stir together the all-purpose flour, brown sugar and softened vegan butter. 
  • Pour 1/3 of the batter in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon swirl on top. Pour another 1/3 of the batter in the pan, top with cinnamon swirl and add the final 1/3 of the batter. Sprinkle the streusel topping on. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
