Add the almonds and the pitted Medjool dates to a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until fine. The mixture should stick together when you pinch it.
Place the ring from a springform pan on a plate and pour the crust in. Press the crust down using a spatula. It will firm up as it is compacted. Remove the ring.
Spread on a layer of dairy-free yogurt. Add fresh fruit to the top and drizzle with melted peanut butter.
