3mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into (approximately) 1 inch pieces and frozen
4overripe bananas, peeled and cut into thirds and frozen
1/2 cup1/2 cup coconut cream (can substitute coconut milk or almond milk)
Instructions
Add the frozen mangos and banana pieces to a high powered blender Blend until smooth, tampering the fruit down as you go. You may have to stop periodically and scrap down the sides.
Pour the nice cream into a freezer-safe container and smooth out the top with a spatula or back of a spoon. Put it in the freezer for 2-4 hours to firm up. Scoop it into bowls and enjoy!Store leftover nice cream in a freezer safe container.
