Ingredients
For the sesame ginger sauce
Recipe Notes

For the sauté tofu:

    1. Add a few teaspoons of olive oil to a frying pan.
    2. Cook the tofu cubes over medium heat until they are slightly browned- about 10 minutes.

For the Zoodles:

    1. Add a dash of salt to a pot of water and boil.
    2. Add zoodles and cook for 1-3 minutes.
    3. Drain excess water.

For the ginger sesame sauce:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
