  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add the filling ingredients to a medium sized bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and bake for 50-55 minutes. Let cool, then put in the refridgerator for 4-6 hours to set.
  3. For the candied pecans- cook the pecans, butter, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes. Make sure the nuts are completely coated and stir frequently so they don’t burn. Remove from heat and let cool on a piece of parchment paper, separating them so they don’t stick together.
  4. Once cool, line the edge of the crust with the pecans. Serve with coconut whip cream.
