These Vegan Fourth of July Patriotic Popsicles are sure to be a hit at your holiday BBQ!
I don’t know about you, but the hot weather always has me craving fruit. Is there anything more refreshing in the summer than a popsicle? Many of the store-bought ones are loaded with added sugar and artificial ingredients, so I like to make my own healthy alternative. Plus, it’s a fun activity to do with kids! Since the Fourth of July is coming up, I thought some red, white and blue popsicles would be fitting. These are made using fresh fruit, almond milk and almond milk yogurt. They’re delicious, refreshing and perfect on a hot summer day!
I recently purchased this Popsicle Mold and I love it! This one was an upgrade from the plastic one I had that had to be propped up just perfectly, or the popsicles would tip over. This new one is sturdy, easy to use and the popsicles easily release (just run them under warm water first). I know I’m going to get a lot of use out of this mold this summer!
