Vegan Butternut Squash Pizza
Oven ready pizza crust
Butternut squash puree
Red onion- diced
Vegan mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Follow directions for your pizza crust. Preheat oven to time indicated on package.
Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan and cook the garlic and onions until they are slightly browned- 5 minutes.
Spread the butternut squash puree over the crust, then add the onions. Sprinkle the vegan cheese on top.
Cook for the time indicated on the pizza crust package. Remove from oven and top with arugula, balsamic glaze and salt, and pepper. Serve hot & enjoy!
