Following a vegan diet means that I'm careful to keep track of how much protein I'm consuming. Protein powder (this one is my favorite) is an easy way to up your protein take, but I've been getting tired of my daily smoothie. I've been trying out some new recipes incorporating protein powder. So far I've found when incorporating protein powder the simpler the recipe, the better the result.
These 4 Ingredient Vegan Protein Brownies are as easy as they come! Like the title suggests, these brownies are made with 4 simple ingredients. Basically all you do is mix and bake- they're foolproof! There's no flour or added sugar. In addition to being vegan, they're also Paleo and Gluten-free.
You feel like you're eating something rich and decadent, but they're actually made with good-for-you ingredients! These Vegan Protein Brownies are gooey and delicious without being too heavy.

- 3 Very ripe bananas
- 2 Heaping Tablespoons Smooth peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1 Scoop Vegan Protein Powder I used pea protein

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small brownie tray.
- Melt the peanut butter in a microwave for 30 seconds. Mix together all ingredients using a food processor.
- Pour in tray and bake for 20-23 minutes. Let cool before cutting.
