I make a batch of them on Sunday and Wednesday and eat them during the week as a healthy snack. They’re especially delicious with a spread of peanut butter on top!

- 2 1/4 Cups Oatmeal Instant
- 1 1/4 Cups Apple sauce
- 1/2 Apple peeled & chopped
- 1/4 Cup Coconut sugar
Ingredients

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine oatmeal, apple sauce and sugar in a bowl. Stir in chopped apples.
- Take a heaping tablespoon of mixture and drop on baking sheet. Press down slightly to flatten. Bake for 18 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
