BBG Month 1 of 3 Complete- Progress Report

I’m happy to announce I finished the first month of BBG by Kayla Itsines! For those of you unfamiliar with BBG (Bikini Body Guide), it’s a 12 week workout program that consists of 28 minute resistance workouts.
