Supplies needed:
5 mm natural colored macrame cord
Wire (you can use a wire hanger) Make sure the wire is heavy enough to support the weight of the macrame.
Scissors
Black felt with adhesive back

Cut a length of wire that measures 24 inches. Bend it into shape of the top of a ghost (arms, shoulders and head) using your hands.
Start by cutting several strands of macrame cord — about 40 inches each. The more strands you cut, the fuller and fluffier your ghost will be.
Fold the cord in half. Place the loop over the wire. Take the 2 ends of the cord and pull them though the loop (go underneath the wire). Pull to tighten.

Keep adding new cords until the wire is completely covered.

Once all your cords are secured, trim the bottom of the cords. I made them shorter under the arms and kept the middle of the body long.

Cut out two small black felt circles for the eyes and one for the mouth. Remove the adhesive backing and press them down.
Hang you ghost using a paneling nail.
✨ Easy Macrame Ghost Tips

- Add a mini bow, witch hat, or ribbon scarf to give your ghost personality.
- Vary the cord lengths to create a floating ghost family.
