Pattern instructions:
For the tall basket:
Round 1: With the yellow yarn, chain 2, in 2nd CH from the hook do 10 HDC’s, SL ST to first HDC. (10)
Round 2: CH 2, in first ST (HDC, HDC), (HDC, HDC) in every stitch around, SL ST to top of the first HDC (20)
Round 3: CH 2, in first ST (HDC, HDC), *HDC in next ST, (HDC, HDC) in next ST, repeat from * around, ending with 1 HDC in last ST, SL ST to top of the first HDC (30)
Rounds 4-6: CH 1, in the first ST SC, SC in every ST around, SL ST to top of first SC. (30)
Switch to the orange yarn.
Round 7-12: CH 1, in the first ST SC, SC in every ST around, SL ST to top of first SC. (30)
Switch to the white yarn:
Rounds 13-16: CH 1, Sl ST into first ST, SL ST into every ST around, SL ST to top of first SL ST. (30) Fasten off and weave in ends.
For the flat basket:
