Yarn: Loops & Threads Multi Marled in Shortbread, #5 bulky weight (2 skeins)
Crochet hook: US size J
Gauge: 11 single crochet and 12 rows = 4 inches 
Size: Women’s one size

Pattern instructions:
Chain 60 stitches. Join with slip st to first chain, making sure not to twist the chain. 
Round 1: Ch 2 (does not count as stitch here and throughout). 1 dc in each ch around. Join with sl st to first dc. (60 dc.)
Round 2: Ch 2. Dcfp around each of first 3 dc. *Dcbp around each of next 3 dc. Dcfp around each of next3dc. Rep from * to the last 3dc. Dcbp around each of last 3 dc. Join with sl st to first dcfp.
Round 3: Ch 2. Dcfp around each of first 3 dcfp. *Dcbp around each of next 3 dcbp. Dcfp around each of next 3 dcfp. Rep from * to last 3 dcbp. 1 dcbp around each of last 3 dcbp. Join with sl st to first dcfp. Rep the last round until work from beg measures 8 1/2 inches.

Shape crown:
Round 1: Ch 2. Dcfp around each of first 3 dcfp. *Dcbp2tog over next 2 dcbp. Dcbp around next dcbp. Dcfp around each of next 3 dcfp. Rep from * to last 3 dcbp. Dcbp2tog. 1 dcbp around last dcbp. Join with sl st to first dcfp. (50 sts)
Round 2: Ch 2. Dcfp around each of first 3 dcfp. *Dcbp2tog. Dcfp around each of next 3 dcfp. Rep from * to last 2 sts. Dcbp2tog. Join with sl st to first dcfp. (40 sts)
Round 3: Ch 2. Dcfp around first dcfp. Dcfp2tog. *Dcbp around next dcbp. Dcfp around next dcfp. Dcfp2tog. Rep from * to last dcbp. Dcbp around last dcbp. Join with sl st to first dcfp. (30 sts)
Round 4: Ch 2. Dcfp around each of first 2 sts. *Dcbp around next dcbp. Dcfp around each of next 2 sts. Rep from * to last dcbp. Dcbp around last dcbp. Join with sl st to first dcfp.
Round 5: Ch 2. Dcfp2tog around each of first 2 dcfp. *Dcbp around next dcbp. Dcfp2tog around next 2 dcfp. Rep from * to last dcbp. Dcbp around last dcbp. Join with sl st to first st. (20 sts)
Round 6: Ch 2. *Dcfp2tog. Rep from * around. Join with sl st to first st. (10 sts)

Break yarn and pull through remaining stitches. Pull to tighten and make a knot. Weave in ends.
