Large Plush Candy Corn Crochet Pattern

Yarn: Red Heart Super Saver in Pumpkin, Bright yellow, and Soft White (#4 worsted weight yarn)
Crochet hook size: K
Also needed: fiber fill
Gauge: exact gauge not necessary for this project
Approximate size: 12 inches length (from top to bottom)
Pattern instructions:
Using the yellow yarn, Ch 31.
Single crochet (SC) in second chain from the hook and the rest of the way down making 2 SC in the last 2 chains.
Start working in the loops on the other side of the chain. SC in each chain making 2 SC in the last 2 chains. Chain 1 (76 single crochets)
Round 2: SC in the first 35 chains, 2 SC in next 3, SC in next 35, 2 SC in last 3, chain 1 (82)
Round 3: SC in the first 37, 2 SC in next 4, SC in next 37, 2 SC in last 4, chain 1 (90)
Round 4: SC in each stitch around, chain 1 (90)
Round 5: Single crochet Decrease, SC in next 8, repeat around, chain 1 (80)
Round 7-9: SC in each stitch around, chain 1 (80)
Round 10-11: SC Decrease, SC in next 7, repeat around. (70)
Round 12: Switch to orange yarn. SC in each stitch around, chain 1 (70)
Rounds 13-15: SC in each stitch around, chain 1 (70)
Round 16: SC Decrease, SC in next 6, repeat around, chain 1 (60)
Round 17-23: SC in each stitch around, chain 1 (60)
Round 24: SC Decrease, SC in next 5, repeat around, chain 1 (50)
Round 25-30: SC in each stitch around, chain 1 (50)
Round 31: SC Decrease, SC in next 4, repeat around. (40)
Round 32-33 SC in each stitch around, join, chain 1 (40)
Switch to white yarn
34: SC in each stitch around, join, chain 1 (40 SC)
Round 35: SC Decrease, SC in next 3, repeat around, join, chain 1 (30 SC)
Round 36-37: SC in each stitch around, join, chain 1 (30 SC)
Round 38: SC Decrease, SC in next 2, repeat around, chain 1
Start stuffing the candy corn with poly fill. Keep stuffing as you finish the point of the candy corn.
Round 39: SC in each stitch around, chain 1
Round 40: SC Decrease, SC in next, repeat around, chain 1
Round 41: SC Decrease until the top is closed.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
