Baby Poncho Knitting Pattern
Baby Poncho Knitting Pattern – a cute & easy pattern in the softest of yarns!
The early mornings have been cool and a few leaves have dropped from the trees which gives me permission to get totally excited about fall! (At least I think it does) My goal this fall is to knit a bunch of cozy sweaters for myself and the boys) This Baby Poncho is ideal for cool evenings- I plan on taking it when we watch the sunset at the beach.
This was my first time using the Baby Soft Boucle yarn. It’s very soft and plush (your little one will feel like a teddy bear in this poncho!)…but…it’s kind of difficult to work with. The yarn has tiny loops which make it hard to count rows. Also, if you make a mistake and have to rip your row out it’s difficult to discern where the previous row is. I had to knit slower using this yarn than I do with others. Overall, I’d say this yarn is worth it for how cute the poncho turned out.
