How to Make Essential Oil Room and Linen Spray
How to Make Essential Oil Room and Linen Spray- all natural and made with 3 simple ingredients!
I love room sprays but many of them are aerosol and contain a huge list of unpronounceable ingredients. These essential oil sprays are all-natural, easy to make and they can be customized different ways to match your mood, or the season (I included a few of my favorite recipes in the directions below).
These sprays are made using essential oils, Witch Hazel and distilled water. If you’re unfamiliar with distilled water, it’s water that free of minerals and salts. You can make distilled water at home or buy it in a gallon jug.
How to Make Essential Oil Room and Linen Spray
Supplies needed:
Essential Oils (this one is a great price)
Distilled water
Optional- herbs & flowers to add to the bottle
Add 35-40 drops of essential oil to the bottle. Here are some of my favorite combinations:
Citrus Mint
20 drops Orange
15 drops Peppermint
Spring Breeze
15 drops Peppermint
15 drops Lavender
10 drops Eucalyptus
Welcome Home
15 drops Lavender
15 drops Lemongrass
10 drops Eucalyptus
Fill up the bottle halfway with Witch Hazel. Oil and water won’t combine on their own so Witch Hazel (or as a substitute, vodka) are needed.
Add herbs and flowers to the bottle if desired. Spray & enjoy!
