How to Make Oat Milk the Easy Way!
It's being predicted that Oat milk is one of the biggest food trends of 2019. Oat milk is rich, creamy and it's ideal for people who are lactose intolerant or who have nut allergies. It contains no saturated fat and it's higher in fiber than cow's milk, almond or soy. The slightly sweet flavor of oat milk makes it perfect for coffee, smoothies, and baking.
Oat milk is really easy to make at home and it's more cost effective than nut milk. All you need is a high-speed blender and a fine, mesh strainer. I prefer to sweeten my oat milk with a date, but you can skip this step if you don't want the extra sweetness.
