Yarn: Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick in Kale
Needles: Size US 10 single point knitting needles
Gauge: 10–12 stitches = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
Cast on 60 sts.
Pattern instructions:
Knit 15 rows.
Bind off 15 sts.
Work K1, P1 ribbing until last 15 sts, K 15
Bind off 15 sts.
Work the remaining 30 stitches in K1, P1 ribbing for 20 rows or length to end of foot (I wear a size 8 and my footbed measured 9 1/2 inches) Take the tail end of yarn and thread it through the stitches. Pull tightly to close. (see finishing instructions below)

Fold the piece over and sew the back seam closed using a yarn needle.

Sew the seam over the toes and up the leg. Turn right side out and cuff. Weave in ends.
