- My go-to way to get a dose of Moringa is to make a smoothie. I’m kind of smoothie obsessed- they’re a great post workout food! Moringa has a mild taste, similar to spinach, so it tastes great when paired with fruit. I always add a scoop of Vega Protein & Greens to make it even more nutritious (and filling!).

A delicious blend of superfoods!
- 1 1/2 cups Almond milk
- 1 cup Mango chunks- frozen
- 1/2 cup Sliced peaches- frozen
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Moringa powder
- 1 scoop Vega Proteins & Greens powder
