This recipe was my first attempt at making vegan waffles. It turned out so good, I had to share it with you guys! These Vegan Apple Cinnamon Waffles are the perfect way to start your day. They’re light and delicious and the apples are a perfect addition.
Enjoy with maple syrup or a scoop of almond milk yogurt and fresh fruit!

Vegan Apple Cinnamon Waffles
Easy & nutritious breakfast!
- 1 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Almond milk
- 3 tablespoons, melted Coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon Vegan egg replacer
- 1, thinly sliced or grated Honeycrisp apple
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Wisk Vegan egg replacer with water in a bowl. Follow direction on package for 1 egg. In a medium bowl combine almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, coconut oil and egg replacer. In another bowl combine flour, cinnamon and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir. Add apple and stir.Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until browned.
