Pattern instructions:
Using two strands of yarn held together, cast on 12 stitches. Holding the yarn double creates a thicker, cozier fabric and gives the scarf that oversized, chunky look.

Row 1 (Right Side): Knit all stitches.
Row 2 (Wrong Side): Purl all stitches.

Repeat Rows 1 and 2 to continue working in stockinette stitch.

Continue working in stockinette stitch until your scarf measures approximately 76 inches long, or your desired length. If you prefer a shorter scarf, you can stop earlier. For a more oversized, wrap-style scarf, feel free to add extra length.

Tip: Because stockinette stitch naturally curls at the edges, you can embrace that soft rolled look, or lightly block your finished scarf if you prefer it to lay flatter.

When your scarf reaches the desired length, bind off all stitches on a right side row. Binding off on the right side helps maintain a clean, polished edge that matches your cast-on edge.

Cut your yarn, leaving a tail long enough to weave in securely. Use a yarn needle to weave in all loose ends, making sure they are hidden neatly within the stitches.

Once finished, give your scarf a gentle stretch and shape it as needed.
