I wanted to share a recipe I've been obsessed with lately. This Easy Vegan Cashew Cheese is amazing as a spread for crackers and as a dip for veggies. It's creamy and delicious with a slight tang.
This cashew cheese is made with nutritional yeast. If you're not familiar with nutritional yeast, it's a vegan must-have! It's similar to Parmesan cheese and it is chock full of vitamins.
This Vegan Cashew Cheese takes minutes to make and there's no cooking involved (yay!)

Easy Vegan Cashew Cheese
Delicious spread for crackers and a dip for raw veggies
Ingredients for Easy Vegan Cashew Cheese
- raw- 1 ¼ cups Cashews
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp White Wine
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until creamy.
