Fitness has always been a big part of my adult life but since becoming a mom it’s (obviously) gotten harder to squeeze in workouts. I’ve been wanting to work out at home, but I wasn’t sure what exercises would be the most effective or how many reps to do. I’ve always worked out with gym equipment in the past, so I needed some guidance. Enter BodyBoss!

BodyBoss Ultimate Fitness Guide is a 12 week fitness program that you do for 24 minutes, 3 times a week. As a working mom, I’m always on the lookout for anything that is both fast and effective. The idea of seeing results in such a short period of time was really appealing to me!  As an added bonus you can do these exercises anytime and anywhere since they don’t require gym equipment or a lot of space…even in the living room with your little one!

My goal with BodyBoss was to tone up more and increase my overall strength. I’ve been doing the same gym routine for the past year (bad, I know!). I wanted to shake things up so I could see more results.
The BodyBoss Ultimate Fitness Guide is so easy to follow! There’s color photographs which illustrate each exercise step by step. Everything is broken down into reps with time increments listed. If that’s not enough, there’s also a whole index of stretches and exercises explaining how to do them in even more detail.
Also included is a “Pre-Training Guide” that’s recommended for people who have low fitness levels or are new to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). It consists of 4 weeks of exercises and stretches to prepare you for the main program.

The BodyBoss Ultimate Fitness Guide exercises are high intensity with constantly changing intervals. After only a few minutes, my heart rate was up. The first HIIT (Legs & Booty) circuit consisted of plenty of squats, lunges and kickbacks. I barely made it through! The following day I was definitely sore (in a good way).
I’ve only been using BodyBoss Ultimate Fitness Guide for a few weeks, so I’ll post an update when I’ve finished the program. So far the exercises have become easier to complete which hopefully means I’m getting stronger. Working out at home is so convenient and Indigo really get a kick out of it (as you can see!) I would recommend BodyBoss for busy moms or anyone who has limited time to work out and still wants to see major results.
