DIY Flannel And Suede Infinity Scarf

January 19, 2015
[sweater: TSE Cashmere (similar), sunglasses: Gucci]

I was inspired to make this scarf after seeing this version by Michael Kors. I wanted to add my own twist on the design so I incorporated some suede I had reclaimed from a thrifted skirt.

[Cut your camo fabric into 2 rectangles that measure 18 inches wide and 36 inches long]
[Sew the shorter lengths together- right sides facing each other]
[Using an iron, press the seams open]
[Topstitch each side of the seam]
[Sew the suede to one of the sides of the camo fabric]
[Fold the scarf in half lengthwise- right sides together- and sew the edges together. Turn fabric right side out and stitch together to create a loop]
