[leather jacket: Chloé] |
I love the retro glam feel of this Anthropologie scarf! I had this amazing abstract face print satin that I reclaimed from a thrifted jacket. I knew would be a great match with the cream faux fur. The scarf is really easy to sew and it will come in handy when temperatures drop in a few short weeks!
Supplies-

[Cut 2 rectangles out of the satin fabric that measure 17 inches long and 12 inches wide. Fold over width-wise with right sides together and sew a line around the top an one of the sides] |

[Turn right side out and using an iron, press down seams] |

[Place the ties an inch or so down from the top of the fur. Make sure the open part of the tie is on either side] |

[Fold the fur over and sew the sides together. Sew across the top and leave a small opening so you can turn the scarf right side out. Sew the opening closed] |
