DIY Jewel Ear Jacket

June 1, 2014

Ear cuffs have been all the rage for the past few seasons. Now it seems that ear jackets are taking their place. I think they’re really pretty and they’re also more comfortable to wear.

[Glue the small rhinestone to the post]
[Cut out a piece of plastic in an upside down “T” shape. It should measure 3/4 inch long]
[I used a leather punch to make a small hole at the top for the earring to go through. If you don’t have one, you can also use a thin nail and a hammer]
[Glue the larger rhinestones on the bottom of the plastic. To wear- Put the earring post through your ear. Thread the plastic on to the post- behind your ear– and add the earring back]
