Zoodle Salad with Sauté Tofu and Ginger Sesame Sauce

I’m always on the lookout for healthy, Vegan meals that don’t take a long time to cook. Spiralized veggies are one of my favorites, but they’re not the most convenient thing to make. First, I have to make sure I have fresh veggies on hand, then I have to deal with the the spiralizer clean-up, which is never fun. Luckily there are these Green Giant® Veggies Spirals! One of my go-to easy recipes is this Zoodle Salad with Sauté Tofu and Ginger Sesame Sauce.

Green Giant Veggie Spirals

Green Giant® Veggie Spirals are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pasta. You can swap them in for almost any recipe that uses pasta. These Veggie Spirals don’t come with sauce or seasoning, so you can prepare them any way you’d like. They’re also made with 100% vegetables and they have 90% fewer calories than pasta!

This Zoodle Salad with Sauté Tofu and Ginger Sesame Sauce is an easy and healthy meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights. The Sauté tofu add extra protein and makes this a filling meal. It’s so good that you won’t even miss traditional pasta!

Recipe Notes

For the sauté tofu:

    1. Add a few teaspoons of olive oil to a frying pan.
    2. Cook the tofu cubes over medium heat until they are slightly browned- about 10 minutes.

For the Zoodles:

    1. Add a dash of salt to a pot of water and boil.
    2. Add zoodles and cook for 1-3 minutes.
    3. Drain excess water.

For the ginger sesame sauce:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Green Giant Veggie Spirals

The Green Giant Veggie Spirals only take 1-3 minutes to cook! I like my veggie spirals to be al dente, so I cook them for 1-2 minutes.  You can also microwave or sauté them.

They also come in other flavors like Butternut Squash and Beet, which I can wait to try! I’ve spiralized beets before and it was so messy and time consuming. I love that Green Giant takes the hassle out of veggie spirals!
