  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray donut pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry and mix together.
  3. Pour the batter into a piping bag (or use a ziplock bag and cut off the corner) and fill the pan 3/4. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  4. While donuts are still warm, spread vegan butter on top and dust with brown sugar.
