  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, stir together the vegan butter, maple syrup, applesauce, sugar and vanilla extract.
  2. Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. Stir and add in the almond milk. Stir in the chopped apples.
  4. Spray a bread pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter in and bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool & enjoy!
