Vegan Apple Cider Donuts- a lightened up version of a fall classic!

Vegan Apple Cider Donuts

All the local pumpkin patches sell homemade apple cider donuts…and the smell is intoxicating! Unfortunately, they’re not vegan (buttermilk, eggs, butter) so I sadly have to pass. I decided to try making them at home and after some experimenting, I finally declared this Vegan Apple Cider Donuts as the winner!

These donuts are light and delicious with an apple and spice flavor that just screams fall! These Vegan Apple Cider Donuts are baked, not fried and they only require a few minutes of prep work. Don’t be intimidated if you’ve never made donuts before- these are simple!

If you’re looking for a donut pan, I bought this donut pan recently and I’m really pleased with it! The silicone makes the donuts so easy to remove and it’s also a breeze to clean.
