Peach season is in full swing and I can’t get enough! The local farm stands have the juiciest, most delicious peaches this time of year. I decided to whip them up into this Easy Vegan Peach Cobbler. This cobbler recipe is simple enough as not to overpower the peaches. It only takes about 10 minutes to prepare and it’s heavenly served warm with a scoop of coconut milk ice cream on top!
