  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your bread pan with cooking oil. In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, mash the bananas using a fork. Make sure there are no large chunks.
  3. Combine the oil with the bananas and mix to combine.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix to combine. Fold in the walnuts.
  5. Pour batter into bread pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool & enjoy!
