  1. Using a potato masher, mash the chickpeas (there can still be some whole chickpeas left). Add the mayo, carrots, dill, turmeric, mustard, apple cider vinegar and mix.
  2. Scoop on to bread, add lettuce and tomatoes and enjoy!
