4 Ingredient Vegan Tofu Chocolate Mousse
Rich and delicious- you’d never guess that this dessert is made with tofu! It’s also vegan and gluten-free!
package (12 oz)
Silken firm tofu
Dairy-free chocolate chips
I used dark chocolate, 69% cacao
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave at 30 seconds intervals. Stir each time.
All all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
