I love feeding this Tofu Chocolate Mousse to non-Vegans, without telling them that the secret ingredient is tofu! They’re always surprised! Tofu in desserts might sounds a little weird, but it works very well. Tofu has a mild taste, so it absorbs the flavoring of whatever you pair with it (in this case, chocolate). It also gives the mousse a fluffy texture without weighting it down.
